048-5 Wyo. Code R. §§ 5-9 - Construction/Remodeling
This section applies to modernization, renovation, change of space use, and new construction of ambulatory surgical centers.
(a) The ambulatory surgical center shall meet
all requirements established in:
(i)
Guidelines for Construction and Equipment of Hospital and Medical Facilities,
Chapter 9. Outpatient Facilities, specifically described in Outpatient Surgical
Facilities (Section 9.5).
(b) All plans and specifications for
construction and/or remodeling shall be approved by the Office of Health
Quality prior to construction.
