049-10 Wyo. Code R. §§ 10-7 - Hearings
An administrative hearing will be granted in accordance with the Department of Family Services, Chapter I, Procedures for the conduct of contested case hearings, if payment is denied. The request shall be directed to the Department within twenty (20) days of the date of the denial of benefits.
