049-8 Wyo. Code R. §§ 8-5 - Food Safety Requirements for Child Care Centers (CCC)

(a) All Child Care Centers (CCC) shall allow the Wyoming Department of Agriculture (WDA) and/or the Wyoming Department of Health (local health departments) to enter and inspect Child Care Centers (CCC) as food establishments. All Child Care Centers (CCC) shall be in compliance with the Wyoming Food Safety and Cosmetic Act (W.S. 35-7-110 through 35-7-127) and the Wyoming Food Safety Rule (http://wyagric.state.wy.us/divisions/chs/food-safety).
(b) The Department may take action on a Child Care Center's license upon recommendation from the WDA and/or the Wyoming Department of Health. Public health officials can put restrictive orders or close Child Care Centers (CCC) that pose public health risks.
