Massage therapy treatment will be permitted when given by a massage practitioner upon written orders from the injured worker's treating health care provider Massage therapy treatment must be under the direct supervision of a healthcare provider as defined in WS27-14-102(a)(x) and provided in conjunction with other therapy modalities performed on the same day.
