053-12 Wyo. Code R. §§ 12-1 - Employer Procedure for Termination
(a) No employer
shall cease to be covered or shall be considered as having terminated his
accounts with the division unless and until the employer has forwarded to the
division, upon such forms as shall be prescribed by the division, all pertinent
information required on such forms.
