053-5 Wyo. Code R. §§ 5-5 - Riding Hoisting Equipment
(a) No employee
shall ride traveling blocks when rods or tubing or any other downhole equipment
is being moved.
(b) No employee
shall ride the traveling blocks except in an emergency. Anyone riding the
traveling blocks shall wear an approved personal fall arrest system that is
adjusted so as to allow the minimum fall distance possible.
(c) The catline shall not be used as a
personnel carrier except in an emergency.
