055-4 Wyo. Code R. §§ 4-13 - Natural Gas Processing Facilities and Pits
(a) Any person,
corporation, or company desiring to construct, close and reclaim a pit or
tinhorn used for the storage and disposal of waste associated with infield gas
processing and gas gathering in Wyoming must apply for and receive permission
to do so from the Commission before construction and/or closure activities
commence.
(b) Any person,
corporation, or company desiring to abandon a gas processing facility
associated with infield gas processing and gas gathering in Wyoming must apply
for and receive permission to do so from the Commission before closure
activities commence.
