056-6 Wyo. Code R. §§ 6-3 - Disposition of Complaints
(a) The Board may
resolve a complaint by any of the following actions:
(i) Hearing the matter in a contested case
proceeding;
(ii) Dismissing the
complaint;
(iii) Approving any
settlement agreement reached between the licensee and the investigative
committee.
