056-8 Wyo. Code R. §§ 8-1 - Disclosure
(a) The personal information compiled by the
Board concerning each Applicant or Licensee is confidential and shall be
released only to the person to whom the record pertains, or to others upon
presenting written consent of the licensee, subpoena
or court order.
(b) Disclosure of
confidential records and public records shall also be governed by W.S. §
16-4-201 et. seq.
