056-8 Wyo. Code R. §§ 8-4 - Change of Name and/or Address
(a) A Licensee
shall notify the Board in writing of any change in legal name within thirty
(30) days of the change.
(b) A
licensee shall notify the Board in writing of any change of home and/or
professional mailing addresses and telephone numbers within thirty (30) days of
the change.
