059-12 Wyo. Code R. §§ 12-6 - Change of Ownership
(a) If an
institutional pharmacy changes ownership, it must obtain a new and separate
registration from the Board. In the case of a corporation, limited liability
company, or partnership holding an institutional pharmacy license, the Board
shall be notified and a new license applied for any time the majority of stock
in the corporation is sold or a majority of the partners of the partnership or
members of the limited liability company change.
