059-14 Wyo. Code R. §§ 14-9 - Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) Responsibilities
(a) Unless an alternative PIC from the parent
pharmacy is specifically designated in writing, the PIC of the parent pharmacy
is the PIC for the telepharmacy.
(b) The PIC and pharmacist-on-duty are
responsible for ensuring that the parent pharmacy and telepharmacy are staffed
in accordance with Board rules.
