(a) All registered pharmacy technicians must
complete and report ten (10) hours of approved CPE obtained during the previous
license period in order to renew their license to practice pharmacy.
(b) Registered pharmacy technicians are
exempt from the CPE requirement for their first license renewal
period.

registered pharmacy technician to disciplinary action by the Board.
(f) CPE hours shall not be carried forward to
the subsequent years.
(g) A
registered pharmacy technician who is not engaged in the practice of pharmacy

and is exempt from the CPE requirements for the license period(s) while
remaining inactive.
(h) A
registered pharmacy technician who is on inactive status may be reactivated
upon completing the CPE requirements for each year of inactive status, not to
exceed five (5) years.
