059-8 Wyo. Code R. §§ 8-6 - [Effective 9/26/2025] Medical Oxygen Distributors
(a) Medical oxygen is a prescription drug and
distributors or manufacturers or repackagers shall be licensed by the Board and
annually renew their licensure in order to provide medical oxygen in or into
this State.
(b) Medical oxygen
distributors located in this state may be inspected by the Board.
(c) Medical oxygen distributors shall
complete all the requirements in this Chapter with the exception that they do
not need VAWD® accreditation.
