060-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-3 - Uses on Easements
(a) The Board may
grant easements for the following uses of state land:
(i) Ditches
(ii) Overhead wires
(iii) Pipelines
(iv) Railroads
(v) Reservoirs
(vi) Public Roads and Highways
(vii) Roadways to Private Land or
Residences
(viii) Snow
fences
(ix) Underground
cables
(x) Open space
(xi) Any other appropriate use
