This Chapter is adopted pursuant to Wyoming Statute (WS) 21-18-319 Pursuant to 2023 Wyo. Sess. Laws Chapter 35, 4(a)(ii), the Board shall not authorize, approve, structure, guarantee or finance a student dormitory capital construction loan on and after April, 2023.
