060-37 Wyo. Code R. §§ 37-12 - Reporting Requirements
(a) Annually, by
April 30th, the borrower shall provide to the Office a report on the progress
of the project.
(b) When the loan
is paid in full, the borrower shall provide a comprehensive report to the
Office that, at a minimum, includes:
(i) A
financial review; and
(ii) A list
of accomplishments as a result of the loan.
