060-40 Wyo. Code R. §§ 40-14 - Audits and Inspections
(a) The Board may,
at its expense, conduct an audit of the records of the applicant.
(b) The applicant shall allow the Federal
and/or state government to conduct an audit of the records related to the
expenditure of moneys from the Fund.
(c) The applicant shall comply with any
applicable requirements of the Single Audit Act or other federal reporting and
audit requirements. If seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000.00) or
more is disbursed in any given year, an audit must be completed in accordance
with 31 C.F.R. Part 200, Subpart F.
