062-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-5 - Expired license or certificate
(a) A license
or certificate holder who fails to renew the license or certificate on or
before the expiration date shall not practice as a physical therapist or
physical therapist assistant in this state.
(b) License or certificate holders who allow
their license or certificate to expire may apply for reissuance of the license
or certificate by completing the licensing or certification requirements
specified in Rules and Regulations, Chapter 3, Section 1 and submitting
evidence of completing thirty (30) continuing competence units (CCUs) as
defined in Chapter 6.
