065-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-2 - Meetings of the Board
(a) The Board shall
meet at least two (2) times per year, at a date, place and time established by
the Chair with special meetings held as requested by the Chair or by a majority
of the members.
(b) Meetings shall
be open to the public and held in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative
Procedures Act. The Board has the right to call executive sessions pursuant to
W.S.
16-4-405.
(c) The Chair may conduct meetings and Board
business by telephone as a means of conserving funds and expediting appropriate
business.
(d) A majority of the
Board constitutes a quorum for meetings and the transaction of official
business.
