068-10 Wyo. Code R. §§ 10-8 - Voluntary Surrender
(a) A licensee may
petition the Board, in writing, to voluntarily surrender their license in lieu
of discipline.
(b) The Board shall
consider the petition at its earliest convenience.
(c) The Board may consider whether the
licensee is under investigation and may accept or reject the petition.
