079-7 Wyo. Code R. §§ 7-2 - Emergency Suspension of License
The Board may summarily suspend a license if it deems that the public health, safety or welfare imperatively requires emergency action. The Board shall notify licensee of the grounds for suspension immediately and shall afford a hearing in the matter with reasonable expediency.
