079-8 Wyo. Code R. §§ 8-15 - Appeals to District Court
(a) Any licensee or
party aggrieved or adversely affected by a final decision of the Board after a
hearing is entitled to judicial review in accordance with the Wyoming Rules of
Appellate Procedure, Rule 12 and the Wyoming Administrative Procedure
Act.
(b) An appeal of the board's
decision shall not stay the enforcement of that decision.
