084-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-1 - Fees
This fee schedule is adopted by the Board pursuant to W.S. 33-1-201 and W.S. 33-41-113. All fees collected by the board are non-refundable.
(a) Application Fees:
(i) Application for Geologist-in-training
certification $ 55
(ii) Application
for Professional Geologist licensure $125
(b) Renewal Fees:
(i) Annual renewal for Professional Geologist
licensure $110
(ii) Annual renewal
for Retired licensure $ 35
(c) Replacement Wyoming PG certificate:
(i) Replace certificate $ 40
(d) The fees charged for items
listed in (a), (b), and (c) shall be reaffirmed or adjusted annually by the
Board to ensure that, to the extent practicable, the total revenue generated
from collected fees approximates the direct and indirect costs of administering
the regulatory provisions of the Act. Adjustments to fees shall be set by
action of the Board at a properly noticed meeting.
