085-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-1 - Purpose
a. These rules are adopted in order to
implement W.S. 9-12-301 through
9-12-307, which provide for the
making of loans to eligible community development organizations, state
development organizations, and businesses. The rules provide for a method of
application, review and recommendation, the establishment of terms and
conditions of loans, and a hearing process;
b. Language in this chapter applies to all
chapters 1-5 unless otherwise specified.
