085-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-2 - Eligible Applicants
a. Any business
requesting a loan guarantee as defined in section
3(g) may submit an
application to the Council for review and recommendation to the Board of
Directors, as defined by legislation. Only complete applications shall be
submitted to the Council.
