085-4 Wyo. Code R. §§ 4-2 - Eligible Applicants
a. Any commercial
lender requesting "Wyoming main street loan participation" as defined under
section
3(h) may submit an
application to the Council for review and recommendation to the Board of
Directors, as defined by legislation. Only complete applications shall be
submitted to the Council.
