206-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-1 - Purpose
The purposes of the rules are:
(a) to establish a procedure for the
licensing of post secondary proprietary schools,
(b) to establish minimum standards for all
post secondary proprietary schools and their agents, and
(c) to protect persons enrolled in a course
of study in post secondary proprietary schools.
