206-40 Wyo. Code R. §§ 40-6 - Testing of Public School Students
(a) All public
school students determined by their resident school district as being eligible
eleventh-grade students shall be required to participate in the statewide
administration of the ACT or WorkKeys.
(b) Students shall make the determination
whether to take the ACT or WorkKeys assessment. Students may seek guidance from
high school counselors in making this determination.
