251-14 Wyo. Code R. §§ 14-10 - Docket
(a) When formal
proceedings are initiated and notice has been provided, the case shall be
assigned a number and entered upon a docket provided for such a
purpose.
(b) A separate file shall
be established for each docketed case, in which all papers and evidence shall
be systematically placed.
