270-2 Wyo. Code R. § 2-17 - Discovery
(a) The taking of
depositions and discovery shall be in accordance with Wyoming Statute §
16-3-107(g), which is set
forth in its entirety in Appendix A.
(b) Unless the hearing officer or
adjudicative agency orders otherwise, parties shall not file discovery
requests, answers, and deposition notices with the hearing officer or
adjudicative agency.
