W.S. 48-15 - [Effective until 9/12/2025] Misuse and Misrepresentation Reporting
(a) Any person
may anonymously submit information regarding misuse of account funds or
misrepresentation concerning the program. Individuals may notify the Department
of any alleged violation by an account holder or education service provider of
state laws, rules, or procedures relating to the program.
(b) The Department shall establish an
anonymous electronic form and telephone hotline for reporting.
