W.S. 48-6 - [Effective until 9/12/2025] Parental Agreement
Once the application is accepted for funding, a parent/guardian of an eligible student shall execute a parental agreement in the form and with provisions that the Department determines. Failure to adhere to any term in the parental agreement may be grounds for program ineligibility at the Department's sole discretion.
