045-5 Wyo. Code R. § 5-6 - Secure Power of Attorney Form
(a) Dealers shall
use the Secure Power of Attorney Form to disclose the odometer reading when the
certificate of title is physically held by a lien holder or has been lost or
destroyed and is not available for endorsement upon transfer and odometer
disclosure.
(b) Secure Power of
Attorney Forms may be purchased from the department or Wyoming ports of
entry.
