048-17 Wyo. Code R. §§ 17-3 - Eligibility
A physician must be licensed to practice medicine as determined by the credentialing state's Board of Medicine to be an eligible provider for reimbursement of colorectal cancer screening services (i.e., colonoscopy) by the WCCSP.
