The date of enactment of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2012, referred to in subsec. (c)(1)(B), (2)(B), is the date of enactment of Pub. L. 112–213, which was approved Dec. 20, 2012.

A prior section 2533, added Pub. L. 116–283, div.
