Pub. L. 112–239, div. A, title XVI, § 1699(b), Jan. 2, 2013, 126 Stat. 2092, provided that:

“On and after the date of enactment of this Act [Jan. 2, 2013], the National Veterans Business Development Corporation and any successor thereto may not represent that the corporation is federally chartered or in any other manner authorized by the Federal Government.”
