16 U.S. Code § 410kkk - Definitions

As used in this subchapter:

(1) Park

The term “park” means the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park designated in section 410kkk–1 of this title.

(2) Secretary

The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
