22 U.S. Code § 2291f - Prohibition on assistance to drug traffickers
The President shall issue regulations specifying the steps to be taken in carrying out this section.
Regulations issued pursuant to subsection (b) shall be submitted to the Congress before they take effect.
This chapter, referred to in subsec. (a), was in the original “this Act”, meaning Pub. L. 87–195, Sept. 4, 1961, 75 Stat. 424, as amended, known as the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.
