36 U.S. Code § 70501 - Organization

(a) Federal Charter.—

The Foundation of the Federal Bar Association (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Perpetual Existence.—

Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
