extraordinary fees

Primary tabs

Extraordinary fees are irregular fees that an attorney incurs when administering an estate. The attorney must show the court the reasonableness of the expenses for the estate before a judge will approve the fees. Extraordinary fees can be for costs like irregular legal suits involved in the estate or just overly burdensome tasks regarding the estate like audited taxes.
