Telemarketing and Telephonic Anti-Solicitation:
Telephonic Solicitation Law of 1993 (as amended), codified at Alaska Statutes, Chapter 45.63
Unlawful Trade Practices:
Alaska Statutes § 45.50.471(46) makes it an unlawful trade practice to violate Alaska Statutes § 45.50.479, which prohibits sending sexually explicit emails unless they are properly advertised.
Alaska Statutes § 45.50.531 grants a private right of action where there is an actual financial loss due to the violation.
Pornography:
Alaska Statutes § 45.50.479 prohibits sending sexually explicit emails unless they are properly advertised.
Computer-Related Crime:
Alaska Statutes §§ 11.61.120 and 11.41.270 criminalize email harassment and stalking.
