memorandum of trust
Memorandum of trust is a legal document used when transferring real property into a trust and contains a summary of the trust. A memorandum of trust contains essential details of the trust such as names of the grantor and trustee, and property details. A memorandum of trust is very similar to a certificate of trust, except these memorandums are also publicly recorded in the county of the real property’s location.
