§ 363.52 What are the information collection and reporting requirements?
(a) A State shall collect and report information as required under section13 of the Act for each individual with the most severe disabilities served under this program.
(b) The State shall collect and report separately information for
(1) Supported employment clients served under this program; and
(2) Supported employment clients served under34 CFR part 361.
