§ 7.17 Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area.
(a) Alcoholic beverages—
(1) Possession. The possession or consumption of a bottle, can, or other receptacle containing an alcoholic beverage which has been opened, a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed is prohibited, except in residences or other areas specifically authorized by the superintendent as to time and place.
(2) Definition—Alcoholic beverages. Any liquid beverage containing 1/2 of 1 percent or more of alcohol by weight.
