Franchisee is one of the parties to the franchise agreement, under which the franchisor grants a franchise to the franchisee. In exchange for the right to operate a business using the franchisor’s trademark and system of operations, the franchisee agrees to pay the franchisor as specified in the franchise agreement. The franchisee may be a natural person or entity.
