12 AAC 28.910 - Denial of dental license
(a) The board will
deny an application for a dental license by examination if the applicant does
not meet the requirements of
AS
08.36.110 and the applicable requirements of
this chapter.
(b) The board will
deny an application for a dental license by credentials if the applicant does
not meet the requirements of
AS
08.36.234 and the applicable requirements of
this chapter.
(c) The board may
deny an application for a dental hygiene license for the same reasons that the
board may impose disciplinary sanctions upon a licensee under
AS
08.36.315.
