2 AAC 07.990 - National emergency or civil disaster
(a) In the event of
a national emergency or civil disaster, emergency appointments may be made to
the state service under
AS
39.25.195-39.25.200.
(b) A manager or supervisor may assign
employees to other duties for the duration of the emergency or
disaster.

Even though the amendment of 2 AAC 07.990 was effective 7/22/2004, it was not published until Register 175, Oct. 2005.
