2 AAC 90.100 - Applicability of 2 AAC 90.100 - 2 AAC 90.150

The provisions of 2 AAC 90.100 - 2 AAC 90.150 apply to the following:

(1) the driver or owner of a vehicle subject to registration in this state involved in a motor vehicle crash resulting in death, injury, or property damage in excess of $501 to the property of any one person, if the department determines that there is a reasonable possibility that the driver or owner would be held liable for damages by a court;

(2) a person who, as a result of a conviction or forfeiture of bail for offenses under AS 28.15.181 or AS 28.33.140, has that person's license suspended, revoked, disqualified, or limited;

(3) a person who is convicted or forfeits bail for offenses under AS 28.15.291 or AS 28.33.150;

(4) a person who fails to satisfy a judgment arising from a motor vehicle crash that occurred either in or outside this state.
