20 AAC 30.330 - Application process

An individual applying for a career opportunity grant must

(1) complete a career opportunity grant application provided by the council in the guidelines and application form, adopted by reference in 20 AAC 30.983(4), for a career opportunity grant; and

(2) submit the following items, so that each is received or postmarked not later than the deadline established in the guidelines and application form described in (1) of this subsection:

(A) the completed application;

(B) any documentation requested in the guidelines and application form.

Effective 7/1/2011, Register 198, the Alaska State Council on the Arts readopted 20 AAC 30.330 to affirm the validity of that section after statutory amendments made in ch. 30, SLA 2010. Chapter 30, SLA 2010 made explicit the council's authority to adopt regulations consistent with AS 44.27.052(a)(6).
